Sr. Architect - Design & Planning

Job description - (Location - BANDRA- MUMBAI) • Take the brief to identify the projects needs and put together comparative reports and design proposals • Develop ideas keeping in mind organisations needs & buildings usage. • Create, evaluate and alter designs to meet the organisations needs & produce detailed drawings and make any necessary corrections. • Coordinate with all consultants and vendors to ensure timely delivery of drawings on site. • Compile project samples, specifications and selections. • Make on site visits to check on project status and prepare monthly report on project. • Follow architectural trends and advancements. • Strong portfolio to prove aesthetic skills • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards • Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software 2D and 3D (Adobe Photoshop, Autodesk Revit) • Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions • Visual awareness and an eye for detail • Communication and project management skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines For any query please be free to call on- 7045814478 please note- ONLY MUMBAI CANDIDATE APPLY Regards, HR- Milind 7045814478
