We are currently looking for a Senior Architect with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with senior architects and engineers to contribute to the design and development of architectural projects. You will have the opportunity to oversee specific aspects of project design, execution, and management. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Design and Development:** Assist in creating and refining construction plans and blueprints under the guidance of senior architects and engineers. - **Site Visits and Data Collection:** Participate in site visits and surveys to gather essential data for accurate project planning. - **Collaborative Brainstorming:** Contribute innovative ideas to enhance design efficiency and construction methods. - **CAD Modelling:** Utilize CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) to create, modify, and refine architectural drawings and 3D models. - **Project Proposals & Presentations:** Support in preparing project proposals, design presentations, and comprehensive reports for internal and client-facing meetings. - **Building Code Compliance:** Ensure all designs comply with local and national building codes, regulations, and standards. - **Supplier & Contractor Coordination:** Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to procure necessary materials and services for projects. - **Project Management Support:** Assist in project management tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure timely project milestones. - **Quality Assurance:** Conduct quality inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design specifications and timelines. - **Professional Development:** Engage in continuous learning to enhance architectural skills and stay updated on construction technologies. **Requirements:** - **Education:** Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field. - **Experience:** 5 to 7 years in architectural design with proficiency in project planning, CAD, and construction oversight. - **Software Proficiency:** Strong skills in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and familiarity with rendering tools. - **Knowledge of Codes & Standards:** Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and green building certifications preferred. - **Collaboration & Communication:** Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams, clients, and contractors. - **Attention to Detail:** Precision in design work and ensuring compliance with safety and legal standards. - **Problem-solving Skills:** Ability to troubleshoot issues during design and construction phases. **Benefits:** - **Career Growth:** Opportunities to lead projects and progress within the company. - **Innovative Environment:** Work on dynamic projects that prioritize sustainability and innovative design solutions. - **Competitive Compensation:** Salary package and ESOPs commensurate with experience and contribution. - **Learning & Development:** Access to ongoing professional development programs for expertise growth in architecture and project management.
