Sr. Analytics Engineer

As a Senior Analytics Engineer at our Noida, India office, you will play a crucial role in leveraging your healthcare background and analytics or data engineering experience to develop impactful analytics products for both clients and internal teams. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing the quality and efficiency of our global team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop analytics to assess the usage and effectiveness of our products for healthcare customers - Create analytics for hospital operations to enhance daily functions - Implement performant dbt pipelines, dashboards, and data monitors for productionalizing analytics - Provide analytic solutions for internal inquiries to support customer service teams - Deploy analytics to new customers in a sustainable and reliable manner - Share best practices to enhance our analytics platform and code architecture **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence - Proficiency in SQL for business analytics - Expertise in data modeling and designing dbt pipelines - Ability to optimize queries and model data for BI tools - Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the bigger picture - Curiosity and drive for impactful solutions **Additional Company Details:** - **Preferred Timings:** 02:30 PM - 11:30 PM - **Work Arrangement:** 3 days at the office, 2 days remote (Noida, Sec-142) - **Optional Skills:** Understanding of git, Claims or Population Health data, modern data warehouses, BI tools with a semantic layer, statistics or economics education, Generative AI applications, Linux and Command Line tools, familiarity with EHR data Your role will significantly influence product innovation, enhance the value of our solutions, and solidify our market position.
