As a member of the Finance team at Providence, you will be a strategic partner to business leaders, supporting them in achieving and sustaining rapid growth by effectively managing financial resources. Your responsibilities will include preparing Business Unit level reports to track monthly financial performance, assisting in building annual budgets and forecasts, analyzing financial and non-financial data to identify cost efficiencies, and driving process improvements within the Finance function. On a typical day, you will participate in the annual budgeting exercise, produce monthly financial statements with insightful commentary, ensure data accuracy for financial projections, collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial data accuracy, provide financial reporting to enabling functions, and design metrics to measure efficiencies in costs incurred across segments and functions. To excel in this role, you should possess a CA/MBA with specialization in Finance, have 3-5 years of experience in Business Finance roles, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage and analyze large amounts of data in Excel, and the maturity to engage with regional and global stakeholders effectively.
