**Role Overview:** As a software developer at Tesco, you will be expected to follow the Business Code of Conduct with integrity and diligence. You will need to have a deep understanding of Tesco processes and be responsible for completing tasks within agreed metrics. Your role will involve designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving PRISM using technologies such as C#, MVC, LINQ, Angular, AJAX, SQL Server, and JavaScript. Additionally, you will be conducting trainings for new joiners, allocating development workload to the team, and ensuring alignment to timelines. You will also be responsible for extracting and scheduling reports using Stored Procedures, optimizing tools for improved speed and performance, conducting final testing of development, and leading deployment into the LIVE environment. Understanding core infrastructure components and security risks of the business will be crucial, and you will be expected to come up with solutions to mitigate risks.
