Sr Analyst - Accounts Payable (Invoicing)

Job Description: You will be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and accurately entering a high volume of supplier invoices into Concur for multiple global regions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Verifying invoice details such as vendor information, invoice number, date, and purchase order (PO) matching to ensure flawless accuracy. - Validating goods receipts (GRNs) and ensuring invoice accuracy in terms of pricing and quantity. - Routing invoices for appropriate coding and approval through internal workflows. - Identifying and resolving discrepancies such as pricing errors, PO mismatches, and quantity differences by coordinating with procurement or vendors. - Identifying duplicate invoices or policy violations and escalating them to the appropriate team. - Performing invoice reconciliations by comparing invoices with POs, vendor statements, and delivery documentation. - Accurately calculating GST, VAT, and other applicable taxes on invoices. - Supporting month-end close processes by ensuring accurate posting of all invoices within the correct accounting period. - Maintaining well-organized digital records of invoices and supporting documentation for audit readiness. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Proven experience in a global organization with exposure to multi-region AP processes. - Working knowledge of D365, Microsoft Dynamics, SAGE, Concur Invoice Module, and ServiceNow preferred. - Strong numerical and basic math skills for invoice validation and tax calculations.
