Job
Description
The Senior AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced machine learning models for various applications, including NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics. You will need to have strong expertise in AI technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems. Your key responsibilities will include designing and developing machine learning pipelines for classification, regression, and NLP tasks, as well as implementing and experimenting with different machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning. You will pre-process and clean large datasets for model training and evaluation, and train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and LangChain. Additionally, you will integrate machine learning models into production systems, monitor their performance, and develop machine learning pipelines for computer vision tasks such as object detection, image classification, and image segmentation. You will implement and experiment with different machine learning algorithms specific to computer vision, such as convolutional neural networks (CNNs). Collaboration with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and deploy machine learning solutions, particularly focusing on computer vision and LLM applications, will be a crucial part of your role. Furthermore, you will need to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and utilize cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying machine learning models, as well as apply database knowledge to efficiently store, retrieve, and manage large datasets used for training and evaluating models. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in AI/ML development. Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, LangChain), experience in NLP, computer vision, and deep learning, as well as hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI/ML deployment are essential. Familiarity with databases and efficient data handling techniques, as well as strong problem-solving and analytical skills, are also required. Preferred qualifications include experience in LLM applications and fine-tuning models, additional certifications in AI/ML, and prior experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing. In addition to the challenging work, joining us will offer benefits such as a flat-hierarchical, friendly, engineering-oriented, and growth-focused culture, flexible work timing, leaves for life events, work-from-home options, free health insurance, an office facility with a fully-equipped game zone, in-office kitchen with affordable lunch service, and free snacks, as well as sponsorship for certifications/events and library service.,
