Sr. Accounts Executive

As a Senior Accounts Executive at Deevita Technologies, you will play a crucial role in managing all accounting transactions and ensuring compliance with taxation laws and regulations. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain accurate financial records and prepare various financial statements for business reviews. Additionally, you will handle day-to-day expense management, employee reimbursements, and GST returns filing. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Manage all accounting transactions and ensure the upkeep of books on a daily basis. - Handle day-to-day expense management, including tracking, bookkeeping, and employee reimbursements. - Ensure compliance with taxation laws, including Taxation, TDS, GST, and other statutory requirements. - Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit/loss statements, and other financial reports regularly. - Manage end-to-end GST compliance for the business and customers. - Address taxation matters related to business transactions. - Ensure seamless compliance management with necessary process setup. **Required Qualifications:** - 5-7 years of work experience as an Accountant, with at least 1 year of experience in GST Compliance within an IT company. - Exposure to basic taxation and compliance responsibilities. - Proficiency in managing GST compliance, including filing returns and engaging with GSTN on compliance matters. - Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations, including GAAP. - Experience in Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables. - Familiarity with TALLY or equivalent accounting software. - Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to engage with customers and vendors. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks. - Knowledge of tax matters and general ledger functions. - Experience in working with US accounts. - Exposure to the Pharma industry in accounting and compliance matters is a great plus.,
