Job Vacancy: Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team and manage the financial operations of the college.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, General Ledger, Cost Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Manage and comply with government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Commerce (M.Com) from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven working experience as an Accountant or Senior Accountant, preferably in an educational setting.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,901.57 - ₹48,400.46 per month
