Sr. Account Manager (Performance Marketing)

Role Overview: As a Senior Account Manager at SRV Media, you will lead a team of Account Managers and Account Executives to ensure client satisfaction and retention through strategic account management and exceptional service delivery. Your focus will be on managing projects, optimizing processes, and creating detailed project strategies and roadmaps to drive the growth and success of SRV Media. Key Responsibilities: - Client Relationship Management: Engage with clients regularly to provide updates on campaign progress. - Comprehensive Brief Documentation and Task Management: Accurately document and validate briefs with clients, following standardized procedures, and distribute them to internal teams via email and Kick-off meetings. - Project Planning, Execution, and Successful Delivery: Develop, strategize, and execute client projects, ensuring all objectives and KPIs are met. - Account Growth and Upscaling: Develop strategies to expand current accounts and increase revenue streams. - Client Reporting: Deliver detailed client updates and reports in a timely manner, following agreed-upon formats and deadlines. Qualifications Required: - Experience: Minimum 2 years of account management experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency. - Skills: Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics tools. Strong mentoring abilities, client relationship management skills, strategic planning capabilities, data analysis, problem-solving skills, time management, attention to detail, and excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for this role.,
