Sr. Account Manager ( Performance Marketing )

As a Senior Account Manager at SRV Media, you will lead a team of Account Managers and Account Executives with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction and retention through effective strategic account management and exceptional service delivery. Your responsibilities will involve project management, process optimization, and the creation of detailed project strategies and roadmaps. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing client relationships, streamlining account operations, and contributing to the overall growth and success of SRV Media. You will be expected to engage with clients regularly to provide updates on campaign progress, accurately document and validate briefs with clients using standardized formats, and manage tasks efficiently through email communications and Kick-off meetings. Your expertise in project planning, execution, and successful delivery will be crucial in meeting client objectives and KPIs. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing strategies to expand existing accounts and increase revenue streams, as well as ensuring timely and detailed client reporting in accordance with agreed-upon formats and deadlines. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in account management, preferably within a digital marketing agency. Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics tools is essential. Strong mentoring skills, conflict resolution abilities, and decision-making capabilities are also required to support new team members effectively. Building and maintaining client relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring client retention are key skills for this role. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to develop and implement strategic plans, drive innovation, and achieve business objectives.
