Role & responsibilities

Supporting the creation and maintenance of account plans
Generating revenue & profit targets as defined for accounts
Total client satisfaction, and for ensuring that regular reviews are conducted with client
Responsible for all deliverables to client-consulting presentations, projects, marketing plans & executive, etc
Providing inputs to ensure that the optimum team is put against the client business
Up-selling and cross-selling consulting services within the client business
Thinking about new opportunities within the client organization, which may not necessarily be consulting services related
Participating in and Leading brainstorms for New business opportunities
Work on new business opportunities both lead generation and lead management
Be a champion of the VML culture honest, open, responsive, team-oriented

Skills

2 years experience in the Advertising Industry. Mainline is preferred
Is able to work effectively with a variety of internal disciplines and business groups, including Planning, Creative and Project team
Detail-oriented, a strong communicator and an effective presenter with skills necessary to develop effective presentations.
Team player with strong intrapersonal and organizational skill
