SQL & Power BI Analyst

As a candidate for the position, you will play a crucial role in defining and improving actionable management information for decision-making purposes. Your responsibilities will include ensuring streamlining, consistency, and standardization of management information within the domain you handle. You will be tasked with building and operating flexible processes and reports that can adapt to the changing business needs. Additionally, you will be required to prepare detailed documentation of schemas as part of your duties. Key Responsibilities: - Help define/improvise actionable and decision driving management information - Ensure streamlining, consistency, and standardization of MI within the handled domain - Build and operate flexible processes/reports that meet changing business needs - Prepare detailed documentation of schemas - Perform any other duties commensurate with the position or level of responsibility Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering, or Computer Applications from a reputed College/Institute - Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience - Prior experience in insurance companies/insurance sector would be an added advantage - Hands-on experience with SQL and PowerBI - Excellent understanding in developing stored procedures, functions, views, and T-SQL programs - Experience in developing and maintaining ETL mappings using SSIS - Proficiency in analyzing existing SQL queries for performance improvements - Knowledge of Excel and VBA is a plus - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to create and design management information for the team - Capability to handle multiple projects with stringent timelines - Good interpersonal skills - Ability to influence strategy with creative and unique ideas - Exposure to documentation activities Please note that the desired profile includes experience in the insurance sector, proficiency in SQL and PowerBI, and the ability to handle multiple projects with strict deadlines.
