About the Role: Are you a data enthusiast who loves optimizing and managing large-scale SQL databases? We're looking for a passionate SQL Database Administrator (DBA) to join our growing team! You'll play a critical role in designing, implementing, securing, and maintaining SQL Server databases to ensure high availability and top performance. SQL Database Administrator Location: Kolkatta Experience: 5+ Years Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain SQL Server databasesEnsure database security, integrity, stability, and system availability Perform database tuning and optimizationMonitor system performance and implement changes to improve efficiency Create and manage backups, recovery procedures, and disaster recovery plans Collaborate with development teams for database design and performance tuningManage user access and roles Skills & Qualifications: Strong experience in Microsoft SQL Server (2016/2019 or newer) Hands-on experience with performance tuning and optimization (PTO) Solid understanding of backups, restores, recovery models, and high availability (HA) Knowledge of T-SQL and stored procedure development Experience with SSIS, SSRS, or other data integration/reporting tools is a plus Familiarity with cloud-based database services (Azure SQL/AWS RDS) is a bonus Ready to Make an Impact?
