Role Overview: As an SQA EngineerQtest at our company located in Hinjewadi phase 2, Pune, you will be responsible for the administration and testing of JIRA and Qtest. Your role will involve managing user accounts, setting up projects, configuring system settings, integrating with other tools, generating reports, providing user support, and conducting training sessions. Key Responsibilities: - User Management: - Adding and managing users, setting up user accounts, managing permissions, and ensuring proper access levels. - Managing user authentication through Single Sign-On (SSO) and LDAP configurations. - Project Management: - Creating and configuring projects, assigning users, and managing project-specific settings. - Maintaining project templates to ensure consistency across projects. - System Configuration: - Configuring global settings such as time settings, notifications, and dashboard views. - Managing security settings like password policies and log auditing. - License Management: - Inviting users, managing license allocations, and tracking usage. - Integration Management: - Ensuring seamless integration with other DevOps and testing tools within the organization. - Reporting and Analytics: - Generating reports to provide insights into testing activities and project health. - Monitoring system performance and addressing any issues. - Support and Training: - Providing user support related to qTest. - Conducting training sessions to educate users on best practices and new features. Qualification Required: - 50% expertise in Functional Administration of qTest or JIRA. - 50% expertise in Automation using Selenium or Manual Testing or Functional Testing. - Familiarity with automation frameworks and scripts using tools like Selenium with Java, Python, UiPath, UFT, etc. to enhance testing efficiency and scalability.
