As a Platform Manager Social Programming, you will be responsible for leading and managing content strategy and programming across various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, and other emerging platforms. Your role will be crucial in shaping the voice, tone, and engagement strategies to drive growth and audience interaction. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing platform-specific content programming strategies that align with the overall brand and marketing goals. You will manage the social content calendar to ensure consistent publishing cadence and alignment with campaign priorities. Collaborating with creative, editorial, and marketing teams, you will plan and produce engaging content tailored to each platform. Analyzing performance metrics and user engagement across platforms will be essential for optimizing content and programming strategies. You will stay updated with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends to inform your strategy. Working closely with influencers, brand ambassadors, and community managers, you will enhance reach and community interaction while ensuring brand voice consistency across all social platforms. Furthermore, you will partner with paid media teams to align organic and paid social efforts, manage platform-specific experiments and AB tests to refine approaches, and oversee a small team of social media specialists or external agency partners if applicable. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in social media or digital content strategy, preferably in a platform management role. A deep understanding of major social platforms and how to build content strategies around them is required. Strong analytical skills, experience with social analytics tools like Sprout, Sprinklr, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics, as well as excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills are essential. You should also have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, content-heavy environment.,
