Job Title: Sports Coaches (Football, Basketball, Cricket, Athletics, Skating) Locations: Sloka International School – Tukkuguda Reporting To: Sports Coordinator Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: Sloka International School is looking for dynamic, passionate, and qualified Sports Coaches to join our Physical Education Department. The school offers holistic development to students, and sports is an integral part of our curriculum. We are currently hiring coaches for the following sports: Football, Basketball, Cricket, Athletics, and Skating at our Tukkuguda campus. Open Positions: Football Coach Basketball Coach Cricket Coach Athletics Coach Skating Coach Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver age-appropriate training sessions and drills aligned with the CBSE curriculum and school sports programs. Develop physical fitness, discipline, team spirit, and sportsmanship among students. Prepare school teams for inter-house, inter-school, and zonal/district/state-level competitions. Conduct regular assessments of students’ performance and provide constructive feedback. Ensure safety of students during practice and play; adhere to all safety protocols and first-aid readiness. Maintain sports equipment and ensure proper usage. Organize and support school sports events, annual sports day, and PE-related celebrations. Collaborate with other coaches, PE teachers, and school management for integrated sports development plans. Identify and nurture talent across various age groups. Maintain discipline and act as a role model for students. Qualifications & Experience: Degree/Diploma in Physical Education (B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed) or recognized certification in the relevant sport. Fresher also preferred / Minimum 2–5 years of coaching experience in schools or sports academies. Participation/representation at state/national level will be an added advantage. Strong knowledge of rules, strategies, and modern coaching techniques in the relevant sport. Basic understanding of child psychology and student management.
