Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sports Operations Associate role is located in Pune. The Sports Operations Associate will manage and support our client's daily operational activities and contribute to the efficiency, consistency and accuracy of ongoing projects.

Applicants must demonstrate a strong interest in sports, particularly football and be willing to work in alignment withEuropean / North American time zones, includingweekendsas per shift requirements. Two weekly offs will be provided on weekdays. Candidates should be comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities while collaborating within a dynamic, globally distributed team.

Operational Duties / Key Responsibilities

Manage &resolve client-reported errors efficiently.

Perform accurate data entry & data management tasks.

Upload video content & ensure timely availability.

Handle sports fixtures & scheduling tasks.

Manage rosters in coordination with the team.

Map & align multiple data sources as per workflow.

Take responsibility for stand-by slots for operational processes.

Oversee day-to-day event data maintenance & updates.

Sync Football videos (Match start/end + 1st & 2nd halves).

Update & maintain team settings (logos, names, etc.).

Provide additional operational support as requested by the customer & their customers.

Required Skills & Profile

High level of accuracy & attention to detail.

Well-organized with strong task-management discipline.

Proactive, hands-on approach to work.

Ability to work independently & take full responsibility for assigned tasks.

Strong team orientation & collaborative mindset.

Genuine passion for sports, especially football, is highly preferred.

Non-negotiable Skills

Candidates with excellent written & spoken English communication skills, including e-mail skills & confident interacting with global customers.

Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business, Marketing, or a related field with the ability to communicate effectively & remain calm & courteous under pressure.

Trainable & eager to learn.

Proven ability to perform successfully given low oversight. Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member
