Role Overview: Hudle is seeking enthusiastic and energetic Community Management Interns to drive engagement at select partner venues. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about sports, community building, and event management. Your primary objective will be to grow the number of players and foster a vibrant sports community through open play games, events, leagues, and tournaments. Key Responsibilities: Community Engagement: Act as the face of Hudle at partner venues, encouraging players to participate and stay connected. Event Management: Organize and promote open play games, community events, tournaments, leagues, and rated matches. Relationship Building: Collaborate with venue partners, coaches, and players to enhance the sports experience. Promotion: Support marketing efforts by creating buzz through local promotions, social media updates, and word-of-mouth. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from players and venue partners to provide actionable insights to the Hudle team. Community Management: Ensure a positive environment by enforcing community guidelines and resolving any issues. Monthly Reporting : Report on the number of players, games and events hosted and their performance to the Community Head. Qualifications: Passion for sports, especially community-driven initiatives. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work independently. Previous experience in event management or community building is a plus.
