Job Title: Sports Assistant

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Sports Assistant to support day-to-day sports activities and operations at Game Point. The role involves assisting coaches, maintaining sports facilities, and ensuring smooth execution of training sessions and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist coaches during training sessions, matches, and events.
• Prepare and arrange sports equipment before and after sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and order in sports areas.
• Help with player warm-ups, drills, and practice organization.
• Coordinate with members, parents, and players for schedules and instructions.
• Support event set-up, scorekeeping, and basic refereeing if needed.
• Monitor equipment usage and report any damages or shortages.
• Assist in basic administrative tasks such as attendance tracking.

Requirements:

• Passion for sports and fitness.
• Basic knowledge of one or more sports (Badminton, Basketball, Football, etc.).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and energetic.
• Prior experience in a sports or coaching environment is an advantage.
