Sports Acedmy Incharge

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Sports Facility Incharge to oversee the daily operations of our school’s sports Facility. The ideal candidate will manage fee collection, ensure smooth maintenance of facilities, and coordinate sports activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day operations of the sports facility, including playgrounds, courts, and equipment.

· Collect fees for memberships, classes, and other services; maintain accurate records and generate reports.

· Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of all sports equipment and facilities.

· Schedule and coordinate student sports activities, practices, and events.

· Track inventory of sports equipment and supplies; arrange timely repairs and replacements.

· Supervise support staff (cleaners, lifeguards, assistants) to maintain smooth operations.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency protocols.

· Communicate with students, parents, and staff regarding inquiries, complaints, or suggestions.

· Report regularly to school administration on utilization, finances, and maintenance status.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Basic accounting/bookkeeping skills.

· Knowledge of sports facility management is preferred.

· Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.

· Ability to supervise staff and manage administrative tasks efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
