Sport Operation Executive

As a Sports Operations Executive at Stride Sports Management, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations of the SK Table Tennis Academy and coordinating sports programs in partner schools. Your role will involve managing the academy's app for report distribution, maintaining effective communication with parents, overseeing social media and website content, planning sports events, and driving corporate business development through partnerships with schools and apartments. You will also supervise coaching activities in partner schools, monitor curricula implementation, track student progress, and liaise with school administrators to align coaching objectives with school goals. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high standards of operational excellence at SK Table Tennis Academy. - Manage the academy's app for timely report distribution and parent communication. - Maintain effective communication with parents through multiple channels. - Oversee social media and website content to promote the academy and engage the community. - Plan, lead, and coordinate sports events and strategic initiatives. - Drive corporate business development by building partnerships with schools and apartments. - Supervise and coordinate all coaching activities across partner schools to ensure program consistency and quality. - Monitor implementation of age-appropriate, structured curricula tailored to each school's needs. - Conduct regular site visits to observe sessions, provide feedback. - Track attendance, participation, and progress of students, maintaining detailed records for each school. - Identify and address operational challenges, resource needs, and opportunities for program enhancement. - Liaise with school administrators to align coaching objectives with school goals and policies. Qualifications & Skills: - Minimum 01 year experience in sport management/business management. - Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory. - Good communication skills. - Experience in table tennis as a player or coach is a strong advantage. - Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. - Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
