Sponsorship & Partnerships Executive

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain a database of potential sponsors across sectors (BFSI, tech, fitness, F&B, startups, NGOs, media, etc.).
• Make daily outbound calls and emails to brands, agencies and running groups from the office.
• Pitch sponsorship packages and custom partnerships using the event deck; schedule and attend meetings.
• Reach out to running clubs, fitness studios and corporate wellness teams to drive bulk registrations and partnerships.
• Create and manage Excel/Google Sheets trackers for leads, calls, meetings, proposals and conversions.
• Coordinate with the core team for MOUs, invoices, logo/creative collection and deliverables.
• Share Daily & Weekly reports on outreach numbers and revenue pipelines.

Requirements :

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales / business development / sponsorships / partnerships.
• Prior events / sports / marathon / expo experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; confident on phone and in meetings.
• Good command of Excel / Google Sheets and basic documentation. Target?oriented, disciplined,
• comfortable working full?time from office on a project?based engagement till the marathon ends.
