Sponsorship & Partnerships Executive The Capital Run - Powered by Utho Location: Noida Sector 142 (Office‑based) Engagement: Project role till marathon completion The Capital Run is New Delhi’s new marathon property, uniting fitness, innovation and greener miles. We are looking for a Sponsorship & Partnerships Executive to drive sponsorship sales and connect with running communities. Key Responsibilities : Build and maintain a database of potential sponsors across sectors (BFSI, tech, fitness, F&B, startups, NGOs, media, etc.). Make daily outbound calls and emails to brands, agencies and running groups from the office. Pitch sponsorship packages and custom partnerships using the event deck; schedule and attend meetings. Reach out to running clubs, fitness studios and corporate wellness teams to drive bulk registrations and partnerships. Create and manage Excel/Google Sheets trackers for leads, calls, meetings, proposals and conversions. Coordinate with the core team for MOUs, invoices, logo/creative collection and deliverables. Share Daily & Weekly reports on outreach numbers and revenue pipelines. Requirements : Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in sales / business development / sponsorships / partnerships. Prior events / sports / marathon / expo experience is a strong advantage. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; confident on phone and in meetings. Good command of Excel / Google Sheets and basic documentation. Target‑oriented, disciplined, comfortable working full‑time from office on a project‑based engagement till the marathon ends.
