Job Roles & Responsibilities :

The Split AC Installation Superior will be responsible for supervising and ensuring proper installation, testing, and commissioning of split air conditioners (hi-wall units) at client sites. This role involves leading a team of technicians, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and delivering customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of technicians during split AC (hi-wall unit) installations.
• Conduct site inspections before installation to check feasibility, electrical points, and piping routes.
• Allocate work to technicians and monitor progress for timely completion.
• Ensure installations are carried out as per manufacturer’s guidelines and company standards.
• Verify copper piping, insulation, electrical wiring, drainage, and outdoor unit mounting.
• Perform testing, commissioning, and operational checks of installed units.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting support for installation-related issues.
• Maintain installation reports, checklists, and documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and service teams for smooth execution.
• Train and guide junior technicians on best practices.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures and use of PPE at work sites.

Qualifications & Skills

• ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in split AC installation, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation practices, electrical connections, and refrigerant handling.
• Ability to read layout drawings and follow technical manuals.
• Leadership and team-handling skills.
• Good communication and client interaction skills.
• Safety-conscious and quality-focused approach.

Work Location

• Project sites across Pune and Maharashtra region.

Reporting To

• site Manager / Installation Head

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,767.79 - ₹20,536.20 per month
