As a Data & Spend Analytics Manager at S&C GN, your role revolves around leading multiple large-scale data analytics projects focusing on spend management, cost optimization, and procurement transformation. Your primary responsibilities will include managing multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring successful delivery of analytics solutions across various industries, and aligning business goals with analytics outcomes to drive measurable value for clients. This position entails a 50% client-facing role and a 50% focus on people and process management. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Lead end-to-end delivery of data and procurement analytics projects from requirement gathering to deployment. - Manage and mentor a team of 20+ big data analytics professionals, ensuring high-quality output and on-time delivery. - Oversee multiple projects across industries, balancing priorities and ensuring alignment with client expectations. - Collaborate with clients to define use cases, KPIs, and success metrics for spend analytics initiatives. - Drive governance, risk management, and value realization across all projects. - Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure business objectives are met. You must have good business/client acumen and experience. **Professional & Technical Skills:** - Proven track record of leading teams on multiple large-scale analytics implementations. - Strong expertise in managing Analytics projects. - Hands-on experience with analytics platforms and procurement analytics. - Strong knowledge of data quality management. Candidates with an understanding/background in procurement/supply chain will be preferred but not limited to. The ideal candidate for this position should have extensive experience managing enterprise-scale analytics programs with a strong project management background.
