Role Overview: As an Infoscion, your primary role will involve getting to the heart of customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and facilitating deployment to ensure client delight. You will be responsible for developing proposals, planning configuration activities, conducting solution demonstrations, and actively leading small projects to provide high-quality value-adding solutions to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Own parts of the proposal document and provide inputs in solution design based on your areas of expertise - Plan activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design - Conduct solution/product demonstrations, Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, and prepare effort estimates aligning with customer budgetary requirements and organizational financial guidelines - Lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives Qualification Required: - Experience of 3-7 years in Endur development, including enhancements, bug fixing, UDSR running, and EOD - Good understanding of the Endur data model and experience in Endur modules such as Trading Manager, Trade Explorer, Service Manager, Operations Manager, and Accounting Manager - Experience in Connex gateway setup updates and TPM - Proficiency in CI/CD deployment pipeline involving Azure DevOps, Git, and programming languages like C, JVS, SQL, and Open components - Good experience in L2/L3 support projects - Familiarity with tools such as Eclipse, Visual Studio, and Crystal Reports Additional Details: Not provided in the given job description.,
