Role & responsibilities 6+ years of hands-on experience with OpenLink Endur/Findur, including AVS, OpenComponents, JVS, and the OpenLink API. - Proficiency in OpenLink core modules such as Deal Capture, Risk Management, Settlement, and Accounting. - Strong understanding of precious metals - Experience with technical customization, scripting, and performance optimization within OpenLink. - Expertise in integrating OpenLink with other systems using Java, .NET, or REST/SOAP APIs. - Strong knowledge of databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and proficiency in SQL. - Ability to lead and mentor technical teams, manage timelines, and coordinate across global teams. - Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Skill and Qualifications • Should have a strong understanding of the energy/commodity trading business - Oil, Gas, Power, Commodities. • Minimum 3 years' experience of Openlink Endur, including v14 upwards is essential • Experience in linear and non-linear instruments in a Commodity Trading environment • Self-starter with a proven delivery track record in analysis, design and configuration • Strong experience of physical and financial gas, power, emissions and coal trading, valuation and PnL. • Exposure to and understanding of the full trade lifecycle allied with strong knowledge of the system business processes • Understanding of several commodity/asset classes and implementation across multiple Openlink clients • Working knowledge of more technical aspects of Endur such as Open JVS, Open Components, Report Builder, TPM is advantageous. • Understanding of software implementation and testing principles • Ability to adapt to changing working environments and practices • Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail • Ability to self-motivate, work without supervision and prioritise workload under pressure

The role - Technical expert role during hands-on development. - 7-12+ years of hands-on development experience on Endur. - Working closely with Front/Middle/Back Office, Operations and Finance business users and be responsible for gathering, documenting, and delivering requirements and use cases through to user acceptance and implementation. - Partnering with business users you will work as part of a diverse project team and be recognized as an Endur expert. Key responsibilities - Business knowledge in Gas, Power and LNG Trading activities is a must. - Strong knowledge across Trading value chain: Front office (deal capture, risk), Mid office (scheduling and nominations) and Back Office (settlements and accounting) is a must. - 7-12+ years of experience in Endur (preferably v15 or higher) technical design, configuration and development. - 7-12+ years of experience in APM, AVS/JVS scripting and Open Component and other Endur development technologies. - Candidates should have exposure to Open Link table structure and should have the ability to write SQL - Configuring the technical solution to match the solution design. - Supporting the development process by advising developers and technical staff on business context. - Work with the in-house support, QA and development teams to help drive the platform's usage through the end client. - Must have in depth exposure to one of the modules – Connex/Report Builder/APM/ Settlements &Accounting/Deal Modelling/cMotion - Any hands-on Azure Tech Stack experience like Azure Integration Services, Azure Dev Ops, MS Power Platform will be a plus.

We are looking for Corporate Lawyer with 10-12 years of experience having expertise in drafting, structuring, negotiating, and advising on commercial agreements, M&As, JVs, and legal structuring of entities , along with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Commercial Transactions & Legal Structuring Draft, structure, review, and negotiate Mergers & Acquisitions (M&As), Joint Ventures (JVs), Joint Developments, and Management Buy-outs. Advise internal stakeholders and negotiate with external counterparts on various commercial agreements and business transactions. Provide legal guidance on the formation and structuring of potential new legal entities. 2. Litigation & Risk Management Ensure the organization is safeguarded against legal risks. Identify potential legal risks and provide mitigation strategies. Conducting legal research to provide accurate and timely advice on complex legal issues. 3. Deal Negotiation & External Counsel Liaison Negotiate deals, wherever required on behalf of the company, ensuring legally sound and commercially favourable outcomes.
