Role Overview: As an Infoscion, your primary responsibility will be to address customer issues, identify problem areas, design innovative solutions, and support deployment to ensure client satisfaction. You will play a key role in developing proposals, contributing to solution design, configuring products, conducting pilots, and resolving requirements-related queries. Additionally, you will be involved in solution demonstrations, Proof of Concept workshops, effort estimation, and leading small projects to deliver high-quality solutions to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Address customer issues and identify problem areas - Design innovative solutions and support deployment for client satisfaction - Develop proposals, contribute to solution design, and configure products - Conduct pilots, resolve requirements-related queries, and lead small projects - Participate in solution demonstrations and Proof of Concept workshops - Estimate efforts accurately and deliver high-quality solutions to customers Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Java, Java Microservices, Java ALL, and Springboot - Develop strategies for driving innovation, growth, and profitability for clients - Knowledge of software configuration management systems and industry trends - Logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and collaboration skills - Understanding of financial processes, pricing models, project management, team leadership, and client interfacing - Strong communication skills and ability to analyze processes for enhancement - Propose suitable technology solutions for process improvement Additional Details: Understanding industry domain knowledge, having strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze processes for enhancement and propose suitable technology solutions will be advantageous. Skills in Java, Java-ALL, Java Microservices, and Springboot are preferred for this position.
