Job Description: We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping individuals improve their communication and swallowing abilities and will possess hands-on experience in speech therapy and rehabilitation. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in patients of various age groups. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each patient’s needs. Conduct therapy sessions for patients with speech delays, articulation problems, voice disorders, and fluency difficulties. Provide therapy and support for individuals with swallowing difficulties (dysphagia). Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals for a holistic treatment approach.
