Speech Language Specialist

**Job Description** **Role Overview:** You will be working as a full-time Speech Language Specialist at Jellybeans child care and development center in Pune. Your role will involve assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children with conditions such as Autism, ADHD, Speech delay, and Behavioural disorders. You will develop individualized treatment plans, conduct therapy sessions, collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals, and maintain accurate documentation of treatment progress. Additionally, you will provide education and resources to support the child's development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children - Develop individualized treatment plans - Conduct therapy sessions - Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals - Maintain accurate documentation of treatment progress - Provide education and resources to support child's development **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in Speech Therapy and techniques for treating Dysphagia - Strong understanding of Speech and Communication disorders - Experience in working with children in Rehabilitation settings - Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with parents and caregivers - Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field - Certification and licensure relevant to the role - Ability to work effectively in an on-site role - Experience in a child care or educational setting is a plus,
