Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Speech Language Pathologist. The role involves assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and communication challenges in children, designing and implementing tailored therapy plans, and working closely with families and other specialists to support effective communication development. The Speech Language Pathologist will also monitor progress, make necessary adjustments to therapy strategies, and provide guidance to caregivers for continued learning and practice.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in speech therapy techniques and expertise in addressing communication disorders
• Experience working with language disorders and conditions such as dysphagia
• Strong understanding of developmental speech and language challenges in children
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
• Relevant certification or degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Ability to work diligently in an on-site setting to provide hands-on support
• Prior experience with children with developmental disabilities is a plus
