Speech Language Pathologist

• Conduct speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Provide therapy sessions focusing on speech clarity, language development, social communication, fluency, and feeding skills.
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting therapy goals as needed.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, behavior therapists, psychologists, and other team members.
• Educate and counsel parents/caregivers on therapy techniques to continue at home.
• Prepare and maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and parent review sessions.
• Ensure a child-friendly and positive therapy environment.
• Stay updated with current best practices and therapy methodologies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid professional certification/licensure as per regulatory guidelines.
• Strong knowledge of speech and language therapy techniques.
• Experience working with children with developmental delays/autism .
• Excellent communication and observation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and child-friendly approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
