We are looking for a Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a child-friendly attitude. You will manage front-desk operations, handle calls, and assist in maintaining a welcoming and organized environment at the center. Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome parents, children, and visitors in a professional and warm manner. Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries regarding therapy services and appointments. Maintain and update appointment schedules for therapists and clients. Assist parents with registration, fee payments, and documentation. Coordinate with the therapy team to ensure smooth daily operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area. Manage basic administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and data entry. Support the management team with day-to-day administrative requirements. Prior experience as a receptionist, front office executive, or administrative assistant (experience in hospitals, clinics, or therapy centers is an added advantage). Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu (Hindi preferred). Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, etc.). Pleasant personality, patience, and empathy when interacting with parents and children. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
