Assist parents with registration, fee payments, and documentation. Coordinate with the therapy team to ensure smooth daily operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area. Manage basic administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and data entry. Support the management team with day-to-day administrative requirements. Prior experience as a receptionist, front office executive, or administrative assistant (experience in hospitals, clinics, or therapy centers is an added advantage). Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu (Hindi preferred). Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, etc.). Pleasant personality, patience, and empathy when interacting with parents and children. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
