Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in Kerala, India. The role involves assessing and diagnosing speech and language disorders, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy to children with communication needs. The Speech Language Pathologist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and participate in ongoing training and program development to enhance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy techniques and interventions
• Knowledge of diagnosing and working with Speech, Dysphagia, and related conditions
• Expertise in managing and treating Communication Disorders
• Experience in addressing Language Disorders and creating tailored care plans
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with children and families
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Relevant certification or licensing to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Prior experience working with children, particularly those with special needs, is highly desirable
