As we scale our operations, we’re looking for a committed and proactive B2B Sales Executive to join our team and drive strategic sales across enterprise accounts. Role Summary As a B2B Sales Executive, you will be the face of Spectent in client interactions. You’ll work closely with the founding team to convert warm leads into closed deals, deliver product demos, and develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers. You’ll also be actively outreaching via LinkedIn or personal networks and help shape our GTM efforts. key Responsibility • Conduct discovery calls and attend all client meetings alongside the founder. • Deliver engaging, value-driven product demonstrations tailored to each client’s use case. • Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and follow-up documentation post-meetings. • Maintain regular communication with prospects to drive deal progression and closure. • Leverage LinkedIn and the company’s brand presence for direct outreach to decision-makers. • Coordinate internally with product and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover post-deal. • Maintain lead status, notes, and sales activity logs in CRM to ensure pipeline transparency. • Contribute to building and refining sales and business development strategy across industries, channels, and key accounts. Candidate Requirements • 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in SaaS, tech services, or enterprise solutions). • Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi – verbal and written. • Confident in presenting software solutions to senior stakeholders and decision-makers. • Goal-oriented, structured, and self-driven in achieving sales targets. • Experience in LinkedIn-based outreach or consultative selling is a strong advantage. • Knowledge of CRM tools and modern sales workflows is a plus. • Candidates from Delhi NCR are preferred. You can pitch to CXOs with clarity and confidence. • Marketing Acumen: You understand digital funnels, content positioning, basic SEO, and demand generation strategies that work for niche enterprise markets. • Adaptability: Comfortable switching between strategy, execution, and ground-level hustle. • Collaborative Spirit: Works cross-functionally with product, tech, and leadership. Qualifications • 2–7 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development in the SaaS or Industrial Tech space. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a bonus. • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts. • Prior experience in selling to manufacturing, industrial, or facility management sectors is a strong plus.
