To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Structural, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline, along with over 10 years of experience in steel structure design. Your expertise in structural engineering principles, software proficiency, and communication skills will be essential for success in this role.
