So add your voice, make an impact, find your fit, and your future. We are looking for an experienced Visual Merchandiser (VM) for the South Region to join our dynamic Brand Environment team. In this role, you will lead the execution of all VM initiatives across the Southern region, ensuring consistency with brand standards and guidelines. Your responsibilities include managing store environments, seasonal campaigns, and new store openings while fostering a culture of excellence and creativity within your team. The role will report to Sr. Manager, Brand Environment (SAMEA). Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the execution of all VM projects, campaign changeovers, and seasonal installations in line with brand guidelines and the VM calendar. - Maintaining high standards of brand environment across all doors in the region. - Driving consistent and creative execution of window and in-store displays. - Overseeing VM deliverables for new store openings end-to-end. - Ensuring VM processes are followed and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and execution. - Managing a team of VM custodians and the Main Street Format (MSF) VM team. - Collaborating with franchisees and external teams to ensure consistent brand delivery. - Providing effective team coaching and upskilling in VM practices. - Traveling up to 50% of the time to stores outside Bengaluru to support execution and alignment. Location: Bengaluru To be successful in this role, you should have: - Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Apparel & Lifestyle Retail Visual Merchandising. - At least 3-4 years in a city or area lead VM role. - Proven experience in leading a team of 3-4 direct reports and managing indirect franchise VM teams. - Strong execution mindset with hands-on retail VM experience. - Excellent communication, stakeholder collaboration, and interpersonal skills. - Strong training capabilities and experience in developing talent. - Ability to multitask with a solution-oriented, proactive approach. - Comfort with frequent travel and flexibility to relocate based on business needs.
