As a Specialist, Technical Professional Services at Fiserv, your role involves taking complete ownership of setup/configuration for the assigned conversion/implementation. You will manage multiple clients, adhere to project timelines, and monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, and recommending actions. Your responsibilities also include assisting management with planning and designing improvements to business processes, utilizing system and data for effective issue resolution, analyzing root causes, and communicating progress and potential problems to the Project Manager. Additionally, you will maintain tools for efficient conversion processes and provide post-implementation support. Key Responsibilities: - Take complete ownership of setup/configuration for the assigned conversion/implementation. - Manage multiple clients and adhere to project timelines. - Monitor project progress, resolve problems, and recommend actions. - Assist management with planning and designing improvements to business processes. - Utilize system and data for effective issue resolution. - Analyze root causes and provide input for successful project outcomes. - Communicate progress and potential problems to the Project Manager. - Maintain tools for efficient conversion processes. - Provide post-implementation support for 2 weeks. Qualifications Required: - B.Tech/MCA/MSC (IT/CS)/BCA/BBA - 5 to 7 years of experience in the IT industry. - Excellent knowledge of Account Processing applications (US). - Good understanding of Excel. - Good understanding of activities performed in conversion/implementation of core Banking applications. - Knowledge of the Banking domain. - Experienced problem-solving and data analysis skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
