Note: Dear Candidate, if you are an immediate joiner, please share your updated profile by applying through the link provided https://mann-hummel-careers.com/job-invite/3599/ Role & Responsibilities Receive and process complex customer orders, inquiries, and complaints Maintain ongoing relationships with customers and internal sales teams Coordinate between internal teams to resolve order exceptions, returns, and disputes Manage SAP Order-to-Cash processes: order entry, price validation, delivery tracking, credit note issuance Monitor EDI orders, manage customer portals, and issue confirmations Provide technical support triaging and forwarding to responsible departments Collaborate in shared service environment to achieve SLA and KPI targets Support new joiners and freshers within the team Participate in internal process improvements and project support initiatives Preferred Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Commerce / Sales 4 to 7 years of experience in order management or customer service Hands-on experience with SAP (FICO or SD), and proficient in MS Office suite Experience in shared services environments with SLA and ticketing exposure Flexible to work in 24x5 shift model Exposure to controlling, data analysis, or reporting is an added advantage Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities, especially in payment and order issues Accounting knowledge and experience in account reconciliation
