Specialist / Senior Specialist Application Testing

As a Specialist/Senior Specialist in Application Testing at Linde Global Support Services Pvt. Ltd, you will be providing testing services for Corporate IT and Regional IT projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Delivering test automation services within committed quality and timeline - Running automation initiatives from design to deployment - Building automation for both SAP and non-SAP environments - Coordinating with testers for scoping and supporting in automation - Understanding business processes to facilitate better automation execution - Independently interpreting and resolving test run outcomes and effectively communicating to stakeholders - Maintaining and optimizing testing/test automation artifacts - Documenting artifacts to meet compliance requirements such as SOX, GDPR, GXP - Collaborating with stakeholders for technical evaluation of tool fitment and alternate solutions - Developing estimations for test automation and supporting in demonstrating benefits cases - Leveraging AI and other accelerators for efficiencies and productivity gains To excel in this role, you should have: - Strong technical and non-technical communication skills - Expertise in test design and execution, including functional, integration, regression, acceptance testing - Hands-on experience with testing/test automation tools/frameworks and software lifecycles - Knowledge of coding/scripting - Experience in analysing and interpreting test results, logging defects, and validating resolution - Willingness to learn new tools and technologies - Experience in leading small/medium-sized project teams independently - Bachelor/Masters degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent - ISTQB certification or formal training in related technology/process areas - 6 to 10 years of experience in software testing with at least 3 years in Test Automation Additionally, exposure to SAP Functional knowledge, AI-based testing tools, CI/CD pipelines, RPA tools, and experience in working with onshore and offshore teams are preferred.
