Specialist - SEM

As an Ad Operations Specialist, your role will involve: - Having hands-on knowledge of MMP's such as Appsflyer, Branch, Adjust, Singular, etc. - Ensuring clear understanding of fraud logic to prevent any fraudulent activities. - Maintaining relationships with current publishers and ensuring they promote relevant offers. - Identifying high potential publishers in your vertical and scaling up revenues with them. - Activating dormant publishers to increase revenue in your vertical. - Setting targets based on the FY Target Sheet before business meetings. - Engaging with top clients for feedback and opportunities to scale up. - Prioritizing offer execution strategy based on revenue potential. - Managing offer planning and budget allocation among team members. - Resolving publisher queries in a timely manner through proper escalation. - Coordinating between various teams to meet requirements. - Monitoring Offer & Affiliate reports (Vertical) to ensure quality delivery. - Identifying new sources of inventory and developing alliances. Qualifications required for this role: - 06 months to 01 years of Ad Operations experience. - Core Affiliate Industry/Performance Marketing Experience. - Working knowledge of Tracking Platforms. - Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills. - Hands-on experience with MS Office.,
