Specialist SAP Integration Architect Global HR & SAP Systems We are a leading developer and manufacturer of mechanical and electronic locking systems as well as car access and authorization systems for the global automotive industry Founded in 1908 in Velbert, Germany, we are an independent, family-owned company with around 7,500 employees at locations in Europe, America and Asia and achieved sales of more than EUR 12 billion in the financial year 2023, Your Role Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a global integration project involving SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, SAP S/4HANA, time tracking systems, and international payroll providers, Design and implement a scalable integration architecture using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Integration Suite, Collaborate with international payroll vendors and local HR IT teams to ensure seamless data exchange, Ensure data consistency, compliance (eg, GDPR), and system availability across all platforms, Develop technical specifications, mappings, and interface documentation, Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration flows and performance, Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders (HR, IT, Finance) and external service providers, Your Skills Several years of experience in SAP system and data integration, especially with: SAP BTP / Integration Suite SAP Success Factors SAP Concur SAP S/4HANA Familiarity with time tracking systems and global payroll providers, Strong knowledge of integration technologies: REST, SOAP, API, SFTP, IDoc, OData, Knowledge with data compliance, security and integrity, Experience with cloud and hybrid system landscapes, Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus What we offer Exciting tasks, scope for creativity and an open management culture, An attractive salary package with additional benefits, Career development opportunities, Huf celebrates diversity, supports inclusiveness and encourages individual expression in our workplace We do not tolerate the harassment or discrimination toward any of our applicants or employees We are an equal opportunity employer,
