Specialist - QA

As a QA Automation Specialist at Medline, you will play a crucial role in implementing Test Automation for org-wide Testing initiatives. Your rich hands-on experience with various Test Management and Automation tools will be essential for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Review requirements to provide feedback on completeness, testability, and other risk areas. - Identify functional and comprehensive manual tests suitable for automated testing and work on automating candidates for test automation. - Develop test cases and test scenarios using automation tools to ensure thorough coverage of implemented features and meeting acceptance criteria from business stakeholders. - Design and build Test harnesses for Automation Testing across web, mobile, and desktop applications. - Architect test automation framework and develop new test automation libraries using tools such as Selenium, UFT, and Katalon. - Demonstrate a deep understanding of automation tools and the ability to produce modular, reusable code of high quality. - Automate Test Data Management for applicable Projects using Automation tools. - Design and Develop Automated solutions for Functional and NFR Testing for various repeatable tests. - Utilize appropriate testing tools for both front-end and back-end Quality Assurance. - Perform Test Environment set-up/management, monitoring, and streamline release management to QA Environments. - Must be a strong Test Automation Engineer who can work independently, solve problems, and effectively communicate with team members globally. - Execute automation project work in an agile mode. Qualifications Required: - Experience in implementations of Test Automation for org-wide Testing initiatives. - Hands-on experience with various Test Management and Automation tools. - Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, UFT, and Katalon. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members across the globe.,
