As an Online Reputation Management (ORM) Specialist at our company in Gurugram, Delhi NCR, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing brand reputation across various digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and managing brand presence on social media, review sites, and online forums. - Tracking, analyzing, and responding to customer reviews and feedback in a professional and timely manner. - Developing strategies to uphold a positive online reputation. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent brand communication. - Generating ORM reports, sentiment analysis, and reputation insights for clients. - Utilizing ORM tools and platforms for brand mention monitoring and keyword tracking. - Identifying critical feedback or negative content and recommending actionable solutions. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Possess a minimum of 2 years of ORM experience, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of digital platforms, social media, and online review ecosystems. - Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Be proficient in using ORM tools like Google Alerts, Brand24, Talkwalker, or similar. - Exhibit the ability to analyze online data and provide actionable insights.
