Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of critically ill patients in the MICU, including physical examinations and reviewing medical histories.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to develop individualized treatment plans.
Continuously monitor patients vital signs, identify deteriorations, and implement appropriate interventions.
Administer prescribed medications, intravenous therapies, and manage ventilator settings for respiratory support.

Job Requirements:

Expertise in critical care management and intensive care unit protocols.
Ability to operate medical equipment such as mechanical ventilators, central and arterial lines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with healthcare teams.
Knowledge in pain management, anesthesia, and emergency interventions.
