As a key member of TE Connectivity's AD&M Marketing Team, the Marketing Operations Specialist will support the execution and optimization of demand generation campaigns and lead management processes. This role ensures operational excellence across marketing programs, enabling scalable growth, improved pipeline health, and seamless collaboration between marketing, sales, and operations.
. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
. 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or CRM management.. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).. Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign performance reporting.. Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams.. Experience in B2B industrial marketing. Ability to influence without authority. Ability to lead multiple initiatives and optimize workflows simultaneously. Ability to perform in high-pressure, fast-paced roles with complex project oversight and deadline accountability. Possession of excellent time management and relationship-building skills. Possession of excellent project management and change management skills
