Specialist - IT Compliance

You are looking for a Specialist - IT Compliance to oversee the bank's compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements related to the IT function. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with ITD, Digital Banking, ISD, IS-Audit to ensure compliance with audits such as CSITE, UIDAI, etc. Basic Eligibility: - Bachelors or Masters Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. Experience: - Minimum 5 years of experience in IT or IS Compliance/Audit Roles. - Banking experience of minimum 3 years. Responsibilities: - Ensure the bank's compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements concerning the IT function. - Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with audits. - Stay updated with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks. - Utilize knowledge of Risk Management & Audit processes for effective compliance. - Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel, Presentation skills, and data analytical skills will be advantageous. Preferred Qualifications/Certifications: - Relevant Certifications like CISA, CISM, etc. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements. - Understanding of Compliance frameworks. - Knowledge of Risk Management & Audit processes will be an added advantage.
