Roles & Responsibilities

• Software Development & Architecture:

  Take ownership of complex software projects from conception to deployment, including managing scope, risk, and timelines. Design, develop, and maintain

  Veeva - Vault Clinical Operations

  applications, including configurations, custom reports, and interfaces.

• Prototyping & Mentorship:

  Utilize strong rapid prototyping skills to quickly translate concepts into working code. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure quality.

• System Reliability:

  Design and implement systems to improve the reliability, scalability, and performance of applications. Develop and maintain monitoring tools and dashboards to track system health and availability.

• Incident & Security Management:

  Respond to and resolve incidents promptly, conducting

  Root Cause Analysis

  and implementing preventive measures. Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems from unauthorized access.

• Collaboration & Integration:

  Work closely with product teams and business partners to understand requirements and translate them into software design specifications. Integrate

  Veeva - Vault Clinical Operations

  applications with other systems to ensure seamless data flow.

• Documentation & Innovation:

  Create and maintain documentation on software architecture, design, and operations. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements, including innovative solutions using

  Generative AI technologies

  .

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree, or a Master's degree with experience, or a Bachelor's degree with extensive experience, or a Diploma with a substantial background in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience with

  Veeva Clinical Operations Vault

  applications and configuration settings is highly preferred.
• A solid understanding of software development methodologies, including

  Agile and Scrum

  .
• Proficiency in programming languages such as

  Python

  or

  JavaScript

  .
• Experience with version control systems like

  Git

  and a good understanding of cloud platforms (

  AWS, GCP, Azure

  ).

• ITIL

  ,

  Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

  for Teams, and

  Veeva Vault platform certifications

  are a plus.
