Role Overview: You will adopt a human-centered design approach to translate consumer insights into meaningful product solutions. The core responsibility of this position is to convert Consumer Trends and discover insights towards coherent product development. You will present ideas, concepts, POC to the Team and work along with cross-functional teams for development and closures. You are expected to seek new product experiences and benchmark with global product and systems. Additionally, you will actively participate in and support design processes beyond research such as Idea on, Sketching, 3D Modelling & Prototyping. Strong project management skills are required with the ability to self-direct and take ownership of your work. You will be a strong voice for the user and advocate for user-centric design. Experience in handling the Product Lifecycle is preferred, having worked on at least one project/product from Concept to Prototype/manufacturability.
